Habitat Cash Bonus Terms and Conditions

By participating in the cash bonus program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The cash bonus program is only open to invited individuals who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of New Zealand.

2. Referral Rewards: A signup bonus reward will be given to the person who signs a Property Management Authority as a new customer to Habitat. The cash reward will be in the form of a Prezzy Card of up to $1,000 maximum including GST. The value of the cash reward may be changed at any time at Habitat’s sole discretion. 

3. Referral Terms: To be eligible for the referral reward, the new customer must remain on a Property Management Contract with Habitat for a minimum of a one year management term from the date that tenants are placed. The weekly rental value must be over $650 per week. If the weekly rental value is less, then the referral bonus will be discounted by 40%. Referral rewards will only be given for the first property management contract by the new customer.

4. Validity: Referral rewards are valid for a limited time and may end at any time at Habitat’s discretion. Habitat reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.

5. Fraud: Habitat reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

6. Liability: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Habitat harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the cash bonus program.

7. Privacy: Personal information collected through the referral program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and for Habitat’s own business activities.

By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
